This housing complex was designed for a real estate group looking for a project close to the beach. Considering the new panorama regarding COVID-19, these homes were equipped to be able to live in them, not only for vacation use. All spaces have natural ventilation necessary for air renewal. It is located in the province of Veraguas (Panama), in the Santa Catalina area. The land has approximately one hectare. The complex has a total of 20 homes and each one has 2 parking spaces, 200m2 of closed area and 30m2 of terrace. It also has social areas, gardens, swimming pool and barbecue area. The design promotes white architecture and materials suitable for the climate so close to the sea.
